2006 President's Cup & Christmas Classic President's Cup and Christmas Classic, what else is there to say? Here we go, the President's cup was once again a fun race, with the showdown coming to a point with Ohio and Florida dueling it out for the win. This year, Ohio was able to take the home state advantage to the bank, collecting the first place cash. In the Christmas Classic, starting with Jr. Men, it was all about GT's Joey Bradford. Bradford won both days with ease, and even made the pro open main event during Sundays racing. In Jr. Women the results were similar, but this time it was Formula's Amanda Geving. In Elite Men there was incredible level of competition. On Saturday, Danny Caluag laid down some crazy moves to put his Intense atop the podium. Sunday the win would go to defending National Champion Donny Robinson. In Elite Women's racing, the weekend went to Redline's Kim Hayashi. Read on to see some more of the week's racing action. |
